Is a Roughhouse too big for me?
Hi: I am 5' 8" tall with a 29 inch inseam. Do you all think it would be too big for me? I've heard that it is for taller people.
Thanks
Steve

I'm 5'7 but not sure about my inseam. I am able to flat-foot it just fine. I have to slide forwards on the seat where it slopes down on the sides a little bit, but I don't really have any issues with it. Is there one nearby you could sit on? I personally like sitting up that high because I can see over cars

At 5'5", I can not flat foot on my Rough House.
I did shave about an inch and a half of foam off the seat.
That certainly helped.
Overall, I do like sitting up a little higher and I feel more
visible. It would be nice to be able to flat foot on both sides
but at my height, few scooters allow this and I would feel
like I'm sitting on a milk crate.

Steve, ignore that last part of my post, for some reason i thought a girl was posting the question cuz I saw a pink roughhouse on the screen...anyway, test ride the roughhouse if you can..it's not too big, but it's bigger than most scoots...which is why i like mine...I think if you drive it you will fll in love!

I think anyone can ride a motorcycle, male or female...no gender specific classifications here...there are probably lots of women who are more in control out there than men...and I think all colors of scooters are fine! Honestly, the color or model doesn't matter to me...as long as it's a Genuine! lol I'm a roughhouse fan, and I want everyone to experience a roughhouse...everyone.
It is, in my humble opinion, the best 50cc scooter out there on the market. Everyone should have one!!!!

To the original poster: I'm 6' w/ 30" or 31" inseam (long waisted) and I have no problem. At worst, you might have to lean ever so slightly to be flat-footed. At the very least - go sit on one even if you can't test-drive it.
Mrs.Spaceman - I love the pink paint job. Mine will have custom paint just as soon as I can decide on a color. Did you do it yourself or take it to a shop?

I had a guy at work paint it for me for a case of beer and cost of materials. He had paint color-matched a thing of fingernail polish I bought at Walgreens. Everyone made fun of him when he went to have the paint mixed
There are also black skull decals on it now, which I did myself. I need to take an updated picture.
