Kenda low profile tires for RH50

Post by scootergator »

After two wipe outs on my 2009 RH50 in a week I decided I needed to do two things; one stop riding so hard, especially in the rain. And two I need to get rid of those dual purpose tires. I love my knobbies when I am out exploring on our florida sugar sand roads but with as often as it rains here in central florida and the majority of my riding being on asphalt (some of which is painted.)

So I ordered the Kenda k413 street tires. I am posting this because it is impossible to find a review on these tires and that is exactly what I plan on doing with this post. I already am not excited with how hard they are but I guess well see.

Im putting them on next week and will reply to my post a week later with an update.

the Kenda set of tires i had on my tgb50cc lasted the longest of the five sets thats been on it... the rubber seems a littler hard,,, not as sticky as the Maxxis set... Would i ride on another pair of Kenda's ??? Sure!!!
