Dumb Question of the Day: Rattler tire sizes?

I'm pretty sure they're 120/90-10 and 130/90-10, but in some places I see comments saying that the front rim is a 12", not a 10". Before I order a set of tires, I want to make sure.

And yeah, I'd just measure them myself, but I'm at work right now...

The front is a 12" wheel...

There are few different wheel sizes posted on the internet, obviously they are not all correct. Straight from the bike itself the front is a 120/70-12 and the rear is a 130/90-10.
