rattler110 wont hold idle in cold weather

do I have to take off bucket under the seat to turn up idle.i turned the nob on the carb but it did not work.it bogs and stalls when I take off.but then its fine when driving.

The knob on the carb should change the idle. Sounds like mixture may be off, and this would normally require removing the bucket. Do you have any performance mods or is it stock? Does it run better when it warms up?

its all stock.just bought some seafoam maybe that will help

Sounds like a good choice. It could be that simple. The carbs are small, it doesn't take much junk to noticeably affect them. Good luck!

Sounds like maybe the pilot jet is running lean. Could be just an adjustment to the air/fuel screw because of the cold weather, or maybe the pilot jet is dirty/clogged. Maybe check for a vacuum leak, or air leak around the intake manifold and carb.
