Modern Buddy

So I just bought my first scooter and I was told it was very easy to find and remove the restricter plate but as of yet I have not found anywhere that can tell or show me how. Please help

There's a washer in the exhaust that restricts flow, and a thick washer in the variator that restricts the "top gear" that the bike can reach. Both fairly easy to do if you're comfortable with a little dis-assembly. If not ask for a friendly scooter knowledgeable friend for help.
