only in state buyers pay all those fees?

YOU ARE CORRECT! I DO SEE THAT NOW, MY WEB GUY COPIED WHAT IS LISTED ON OUR WEB SITE. THERE ARE NO DESTINATION FEE'S OR DEALER SET-UP FOR THIS SALE. SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION. I WILL HAVE THAT REMOVED ASAP.

There has to be something in your dealership agreement that says you won't sell the scooters online at cost.
