Dealer Going out of Business!

So I bought my Rat a little over two months ago, and have been battling with the place I bought it to get my tag and tittle. I had to choose a dealer over 50 miles away from me cause they were the closest Genuine dealer. I call them again today after being told "for sure" my tag and title would be there today, well guess what it will be there "for sure" on Friday, well cause they are going out of business!!!!!
This is agravating enough, but now I face the dilemma of where do I get my scooter serviced and still be covered by waranty? The closest dealer is in Miami over 100 miles away! I'm a bit pissed, but I guess I won't be buying a buddy from these guys for the lady, or a Genuine for that matter, I'll try an contact Genuine to see what I can do.
Is there a way to get my title from the dmv? and what about the money already paid for my tag and title?

Wow!!... the promise of "change" got another business owner.... you should contact the fl div of motor vehicles regional office in palmetto,fl...(941) 723-4551.... they will see you through the title/tag problem...

well, the dealer came through, with the title and tag, now all I gotta worry about is service. thanx for you're help, I had an army of people I was talking to so, I'm glad it's resolved. It is a bummer that they have to close, but i'm still loyal to my Genuine, and if I have to go to Miami to get another I will.

that was a pretty vague reference made a month ago. i think eric is trying to help people to kindly watch themselves. or he will step in and intervene. things work better around here that way.
