Broken left brake handle

So the other night I had my first drop. Hurriedly misjudging the incline on a road I was on, I dismounted and turned away, and my poor RH fell right over. Pulling it back up, I found that the left brake handle had broken. My irateness went up more when I realized how tough it was going to be to start up the scoot. But I figured it out, having to press on the still-attached part with gloves on (rather jagged).

I was thinking of supergluing the handle portions back together. How would you guys suggest going about this? :? I miss riding the thing, and don't want to rely on just the front brake.

you can probably get a brake lever off another bike to fit.

If you kick start you don't need to hold the brake

I wouldn't suggest glue, when you need it most is when it would fail again

Ya, new handle is your best bet.

i bent my rough house's brake lever and just got a new one, i think it was 9 bucks, I got a buddy one because I have small hands and the rough house brake lever extends pretty far, but its a cheap(and simple) fix and you don't have to worry about doing any damage to your master cylinder
