CARB SLIDE ADJUSTMENT

The needle is retained in the slide by the white plastic retainer cap which is visible in 1 of the photos. The retainer cap is released by turning it counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn. There's a small spring under the retainer cap that puts pressure on the needle. The needle can be shimmed, but that's about it. Mine currently has a .47mm shim.

That needle does not have a "clip". All you can do is replace the needle or place a shim under the head of the needle.
