If someone drilled out the main jet then it may or may not be equivalent to a 120.

I presume that you still have the prima exhaust.

Any difference in the tune among the 3 plugs?

i bought a set of jets 4 to and the 1.2mm works best... yes prima exhaust,,, other than air mixture adjustment nothing... on the forth plug is the airbox mod,,, and i still have to drive it more than the 10 miles iv done on the forth plug... to hot and toooooo much pollen...

im still using the oil injector as well as a premix of one oz. per gal of oil...

The middle plug looks about right & the left plug looks too rich. If you really want meaningful help then you need to provide each & every detail or change that you make from "baseline", whatever that is for you.

I briefly tried a small foam panel instead of the pleated paper & it really flowed no better than the stock paper filter.

My airbox now runs a full-size Uni foam filter (single stage green) & it flows about as well as a pod.

My best estimate is that you should be running a 115 main, & maybe a 120 if you are pre-mixing in addition to the pump.

ok the 400 mile plug(left),,, after a major airbox mod... somewhat on the lean side and ill richen up the airmixture a little more... running smooth... you rattler owners might look into polishing the exhaust port,,, sure made an improvement...

the foam filter im using is thin (can see daylight though it) wet with Klotz foam filter oil...

the jet im using is a 1.2mm or 120...

im still baby'en the engine keeping less than the 55mph indcated,,, thats really about 45-50mph

i also had to drop down to a bpr7 shop was out of bpr8's i still think it runs better with the bpr8...
