there is a few mm left in the clutch and the variator
5mm longer will allow the belt to set at the highest point in the clutch sheaves and shift to the top of the variator a few more mm
instead of a 771 im thinking 778 long same angle of course 28 but even a mm wider wouldnt hurt
now i am new to scooters but have extensive exp in snowmobile cvt work although a little different i thing the same theories apply
someone tell me if im wrong

Belts will generally stretch a bit over time; IMO the OEM/stock Rat 110 belt is maybe a bit too long as is, at least with the stock variator & pulley.
I suggest physically measuring whatever belt you plan to buy, as I have found that different belt manufacturers don't necessarily measure at the same points, especially when it comes to the marked/advertised length.
I have not yet found a good Kevlar option for the Rat 110 CVT.
