with some work and thought on how to cure a few problems with the intake on the 11o we have come up with this...
the bracket
the bracket mounted
more than enough room now to mount any intake one could want... few miner changes and well be set to mount on any 11o rattler...

Looks sick. Do you need a new brake cable? How much longer of a shock do you need to have the same ride height. Look great.

I noticed it right away, but did not comment. I'm surprised that you didn't go with a 12" wheel like, say, a PGO PMX.

yes on the cables... we did not try and connect the brake cable but it well need a few inches to reach... even with the stock mount and NCY intake a new cable is needed... i do have the stock cable on mine but is just a few mm's short...

I will be going with a 12 inch wheel if i can find it, Just wanted to see what that tire looked like.
I remember when i put a 130 70 10 on the back my friend rode it and immediately after accelerating the front came up so quick he about lost it.
I warned him but he just wasnt expecting it

By going to a lower-profile rear tire, the effective final drive gearing is changed to be lower (higher numerically) all other things equal, which in part explains why the take-off is more dramatic.
If you find a decent source for a 12" rear wheel then I want pics!

I like the looks of the one from scootercraft. I wonder if there are any fit issues.

yeah it def does look like it. The only issue is that the shocks made for the buddy are an inch shorter. Not a huge deal but just gotta re-adjust headlights. Not sure if I wanna pull the trigger.

Scootercraft has changed the website around a bit and its a bit harder to navigate. If you type in subframe into the search box, its the only one that comes up.

Your bigbro approves.
Feel strong and stable? New cables? If you get a chance, I'd love to see a pic of the stance a little further back. Good work man.
Hows your set up working out. You put in a lot of work in a short amount of time. Just wondering if she's still runnin strong.
