well a buddy of mine hooked me up and installed the ncy intake manifold with a keihin 28mm carb....he did the mod since last year but just got back on island.....bike is freaken strong from bottom to top on the speedo meter it cruises easily at 63 and still wants more ...also took of the HIDs because even with a relay and fuse the battery kept dying even though i only used it at night.....just now saving up to get a clutch and also to install my 123cc kit....stay tuned.

I've read that you have to grind things down/fudge a bit with the intake manifold, how did that go? I'm wanting to get a new carb, but Provoscooter won't pick up the phone so I'm thinking of going this route instead, I just want to make sure that my local shop will be up to the task.

That looks amazing! Nice job. was it difficult to do?
Do you want to sell your stock carb?

honestly the fastest and easiest way is to cut the bar in the pic! if you do that you don't have to grind or shave anything it will slide in.......did this on my buddy's own ratt......

as for the stock carb it, got rid of that when i purchased the bike and installed the 21mm arreche carb....just gonna hold on to it....

Your RRGS pipe looks exactly like my RRGS pipe...it's even wrapped the same!
