new guy rattler ?

i have a buddy 150 and and think about getting a rattler can any one tell me how fast it goes my buddy alwys go 55 to 60 up a small hill and in the wind will a rattler do the same which is better?

Rattler is faster to cool, Buddy has higher top speed. Make sense???
