does anyone have an idea of the value of a 2012 roughhouse with 70cc kit, exhaust, and transmission work done to it, the kit is brand new.

It really depends where you live. Check out Craigslist to see others pricing on various 50cc scooters to get a better idea. If you look on Kelly blue book a 2012 R50 in excellent condition stock from a dealer shows as $1525, however that is the used price. If I were you I would tack on at least $150-250 for the kit and how many miles are on it and then go from there.
