I think it goes into effect June 1st. At least, that's what Scoot Richmond told me. I'm hoping to take my new Roughhouse home before that. I know gas prices aren't going back down, and my truck costs nearly $80 to fill up. ugh.

Buy Now!!! Due to rising gas prices, scooters are VERY hot items. When I ordered my 2008 Rattler 110 last week, I wasn't given a color choice, so I went with whatever they had left in the warehouse.
It is supposed to be delivered to the dealer this week. Hopefully, I'll have it in my driveway, registered and insured before the holiday weekend (wishful thinking)
