New Roughhouse... Weird electrical problem.

Hey all, new to the forum and new to scootering. Just got my new Roughhouse R50 Tuesday night and have put 50 miles on it since. This morning on the way into work, something weird happened. At the house, I started it up to warm and went in the house a couple minutes. Came back out and realized I needed to put my lock under the seat so I turned it off and did so. When I tried to start it again, the electric started just made a single click and did nothing else (I tried a couple times and definitely had the brake on). I kick started it and went off to work. On the way to work, four times while signaling it made a disconcerting buzzing noise and didn't signal. When I got to work I turned it off and tried starting it with the electric start again to no avail.
About two hours later, I took it out for a ride just to diagnose it again for later when I called the dealer. Everything worked fine. Started fine, signaled fine. I decided not to call the dealer but just tell them about it when I take it in for 200 mile service. My friend Dave, who also has one recommended checking the electrical connections under the floorboard which I will do when i get home tonight. Any other suggestions?
Otherwise I'm lovin' the scooter. A great, fun transportation alternative and even with these troubles I have no buyers remorse at all. I'm really impressed with the Genuine company and the two-year warranty makes me rest easy.
