I just got my pipe in the mail and thought it would be handy to see what everyone else is running. I know that there isn't going to be one solution that works for everyone. I thought It would be helpful to have a place to start from, to see what worked and what didn't and have all this information in one place instead of 20 scooter in 20 threads.
