Hello, I've been reading alot on the internet and really interested in getting a Rattler 110. Thinking about using it around town, maybe sneaking off to some little fishing spots where the truck is too big to get in but still accessable by bike or foot, and running back and forth to work.

Problem is that I live in the lovely state of Massachusetts and need to get some information on how to get started with the whole owning a scooter thing. I've been riding bikes for years, mostly offroad, and recently moved in from the countryside to the city where running a large pickup isn't that fun to do. Biggest thing is I know I need the Motorcycle permit or license, but what other issues an I going to confront as far as registration, insurance, titles?

Any help would be a great benefit.
