Rough House Painting
when i take my plastic off for painting can I also take my tires and rims off and paint them as well?

You can—will you be doing the removal or will you have a dealer do it?
If you haven't removed and mounted a tire before, I'd take them to the dealer. It's not easy to do on your own without special tools.
If I was going to paint the plastic body panels myself, I'd have the wheels professionally painted and sealed/clearcoated or have them powdercoated. I don't think a spray can job will look good or last on the wheels.
