Aftermarket handle bars would be my guess for the speedo relocation. Stickers... make everything faster

same handle bars.. just removed he smaller bar that goes in the middle then added the wrap... moving the speedo just made it different than all of your bikes...and it's a 123cc...pipe is custom made. the mold is no longer available...sorry. but go some other pipes ready if interested...

Easy to change bars. Don’t forget to use some blue locktight and a torque wrench. Torque values are listed in the online PDF service manual.
But the rattler bars are kind of hokey, walmart/chrome looking. That little support bar across the top is just stupid. I put some Protapers KXhigh bend bars on my rattler. The stock bars are sitting in my garage soon to enter the dumpster. They are complete with the factory fake carbon bar end weights. If you or anyone else wants them, you can have them. Just cover the shipping or pick them up if you are local.
