Buddy's Got A Buddy

Post by jshill »

We've added a new member to our scooter family. My wife decided she was tired of limiting her scootering to roads where the speed limit was 40 mph. So we packed up her Honda Metropolitan and traded it in for a new Buddy 125. Now I either need to lose weight or trade up to keep up with her.

I know what you mean. My wife flies on her Buddy, so I decided to lose the weight.
We will be in your city this coming weekend. Hoping to find a place for our Son who is starting his grad school at U of W. Should be fun.

I see the top cases on the red and black buddies are different. I like the dark one, looks bigger. Where did you buy it and is my assessment right?

The red Buddy has a Shad case, the black Buddy has a CooCase. Overall size and storage are actually pretty close. I like the fit and finish of the CooCase better. It has a nice liner on the inside, built in LED brake lights and remote lock/unlock functionality. It required running wires to the battery, but wasn't too much effort.
