Buddies at the Beach

Took my new (purchased used) Pamplona to Sunset Cliffs here in San Diego yesterday with my scooter club. Another member had a St. Tropez (one of the two that starred in that episode of Chuck). Anyway, here are some pictures from our ride. My Buddy performed flawlessly on its first real ride in a pack.

My kids want snow. They think it will make Christmas come faster. Silly children, ho, ho ho.Thankfully we won't have it for a while yet.

snow is a double edged sword. I like it cause it means that its getting cold enough to kill all the crazy poisinous stuff off that places like arizona gets, you know; scorpions, killer bees, black widows, huge rattle snakes, ect. I really don't like the idea of having to shake out my boots so I don't get wacked by a creepy crawly. On the other hand we here in the mid-west have "scooter season" which means we also have "not scooter season" quite honestly I'm not sure which is worse. killer bees or no scooter although quite honestly I'm leaning toward not scooter. Killer bees scare the crap out of me

No one is stopping you from going to the beach!

When I lived on the Island I spent more time there than I ever did when it was warm...... Bundle up and go!
It's getting to something like 45* here today, damn straight I'll be out on the scoot! I just wish I still lived near a beach!

I have no problem with the bundling up- my scooter is fully functional in the garage as we speak- I didn't put it away for the winter or anything. But we still have ice and slush on the roads. Its annoying because a lot of the main roads around here are totally dry and clear- but the few streets right around me- including the street I'm on- are still super messy. C*ckblockers.
