what is the point of the chrome rack for the front of the buddy? when putting a chrome rack on the back do you have to take off the stock grab handles? and last the prima roll bag, what is it made of? my scooter is kept out side...is it weather proof?

The front rack is a good place for your attache case.

They are both, front and rear rack, to carry stuff.

Yes.

Not sure what the roll bag is made of, but we have seen picks of them fading, etch.

Re: the Prima roll bag; think of the fabric soft sided luggage is made of.
It is to some extent weather resistant but it does fade. It would be best to remove it and store it inside when not in use. The small roll bag fits very nicely on the front rack. :) Pictures of your new scoot needed here!!
