Summer Reading Lists...Book Reports...Scooters...

Getting ideas? Let's put you and your scooter in a scene from a book...it doesn't have to be scooter/MC/two wheel related, just a scene from a book. Except this one has a twisty bonus at the end...read on my fellow scooterists!

+1 Scooter MUST be in the pic.
+5 Scooter in costume in the pic.
+2 You in the pic.
+5 You in costume in the pic.
+5 The book in the pic. *(Title MUST be visible)
+10 A supporting cast in costume in the pic.
+1 First pic.

And now for the twisty bonus:
DO NOT INCLUDE THE UNDERLINED TASK ABOVE. The twisty bonus is an "either/or NOT both" option.

+5 PM your book title to me.

If someone else PMs me the correct name of your book, they get 10 points and YOU get 20 bonus points. First correct PM gets the prize.

And BTW, *I'm* playing in this one...I will PM my book title to someone who is not playing and then let that person know who guessed my book title correctly.

Seriously though, that's a nice picture. It's composed like what I see in my head before I go out and return with my usual crappy snapshots. How'd you do it?

Please reread the rules of scavenger hunts as so kindly posted by ScootLemont...

-Only one photo may be submitted by each member for each week’s subject. (but if you get a better pic later in the week, PLEASE edit your original post note that you posted a better pic and note in the newer post that it is a replacement for a previous pic.
-Old photos you have lying around can NOT be used- they must be NEW photos taken the week the photo subject was posted
-10 BONUS POINTS (good anytime all summer) for a photo of you getting a ticket (photo must include your scooter & a cop writing the ticket) only one of these may be submitted per player. (Thanks to kazoo for the suggestion)
(Edit – you don’t have to be REALLY getting a ticket… if you can get a cop to pose like he/she is writing you a ticket, that is good enough)

It's all in your perspective. Image editing, for me, falls under Clarke's Third law of prediction. And I guess I need to use the 2nd.

Would anybody buy my argument that my scooter is in costume just by the very nature of its color?

So my heart is heavy this morning. My camera was stolen, among other things Friday and I couldn't post my pic to play...que sera sera.

I am quite impressed with the reading! OrangeGuy's was hard to guess...SJ2001 and LYY Igot by looking at the picture and the details...and clever creativity!
