Wow, tell me you have a closer shot of that crazy mono-shock setup on that Bubu? I'd love to get a look at that!

Not that I saw. You can pick through the albums via the link above. The race Buddy is in a couple of them.
Just noticed they run it without the transmission case. They jettison any weight not needed for race day!

Its actually more likely for cooling. Heat can really screw them up. I glazed my clutch for the umpteenth time yesterday due to running it down the freeway for a buncha miles. The motor didn't mind, the clutch didn't like it....

Here's an X-Hot with what seems to be the same chassis. Both this and the pink Bubu look like they're on 13" wheels too.

I forget what they call the other Bubu. (fixed front fender)
