He doesn't quite make it. He turned the fuel tap the wrong way and ran out of fuel in the spiral.

The original teeter-totter was twice that high. When the guys tried a test run, their scooter could climb it. It was so steep. It was very well constructed, though. It was a bit of a thrill when it dropped down. That was the first time I had ever gone on one.

Teeter-totters always kinda weirded me out, like if you go slow, it will teeter slowly, but you could lose your balance fall off the side, on the other hand when you go fast it may as well just be a ramp. I tend to just ramp them, but it seems going real slow would be cool.

So I started up the YouTube and yelled over to my other half, Lammy! (We're sitting in our 'office' on different computers.) He said,"That doesn't sound like a Lammy." Then the guy in the vid started it and my other half and me let out the same sound at the same time: Ahhhhh 2-stroke! Even my cat perked up. I'm hating on the crate on the back, though. Need a proper old-skool milkcrate.
