CA: It's not all beaches and surfing

Just to show you that some of us California folk can handle a bit of hearty scooting in addition to our warm sunny days... here's me and Eric and our friend Manny on the way back from an amazing weekends ride in Wrightwood/Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear today. My first time (Eric's too I think) scooting above 7000 feet, complete with what remains of the winters snow...
Back to the beach now...

Ok, you guys are truly hearty Californians. Now somebody take a blow dryer to that snow! If this New Englander never sees snow again it will be too soon.
