So I thought I would start a thread which has a little better overview of my visual build. I'll update the original post with mods as the build goes on.
Visual mods:
* Delobstered
* Rear fender removed
* Front indicator relocated
* Custom stitched low-profile seat
* YSS Adjustable rear shock, 280mm down to 249mm

So, here's a bit of an update to the work I've been doing. I've still got quite a bit of tuning left to go, but the awesome news is that I've gotten the scooter up to 50+mph. I haven't finished tuning the weights just yet. Right now I've got 14gr balanced with 8gr giving me 11gr estimate. The scooter will easily hit 50 once it breaks past 12mph (tuning needed with the HiT clutch for harder impact)... best part is that it will easily hold 50+ even going uphill. The engine tune is very nice... extremely happy caramel color after near 60mph plug chop.
The big brake kit is on, the front wheel is upgraded 12", better set of tires on (Vee Rubbers), 21mm DelOrto installed, airbox modded, the exhaust is happily tuned,
So onward for a slightly heavier set of rollers... going to try out 12gr average before moving on to sliders. I still need to upgrade the clutch springs (as well as the pillow). I think I may need to upgrade the contra to a 2500, but we'll see how well the clutch goes after the weight tuning.

That's a sick handlebar setup. What kind of cluster are you using?
