Snow Bowl Road ) in Flagstaff, AZ. Only 14 miles, but 14 good ones.

Cabot Trail. Nova Scotia, Canada.
However, I plan to do this one over the course of 6 days on a motorcycle (probable Honda NC700 if that's what I end up buying)

I haven't figured out how to download pics yet, but my post above is supposed to be Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park,VA. Also wouldn't mind the Blueridge Parkway In my home State of NC either!

Maybe US-20 from Boston to Newport, OR. Then maybe back to Atlantic City on US-30.

Syd...I used to take that route from Cottonwood to the Phoenix area 2 or 3 times a year. GREAT ride!

How about Lookout Mtn road in Golden or Squaw Pass Road outside Idaho Springs?
Both in Colorado near Denver, both really awesome for road legal scooters. I could post some pics/vids/google maps of them but that means I'll have to go actually ride them again
