Just got my stage 1 kit installed and dialed in.
Still have a long wish list of mods to come.

You can install bar ends with any grips by cutting a hole in the end or you can get these that already have a hole in them.kungfooren wrote:Mind telling me what kind of grips you have that let you install bar end mirrors?

That with the pipe and blackjack seat looks good!
May have to experiment with what will fit on the 50s wheels.
I like whitewalls so when I replaced my tires, I went with a 3.5x10 Prima whitewall from scooterlounge. They fit fine in the front and rear but i did need to rotate the front fender back because it would rub under hard braking. Grip was good in when dry. Scooter was stolen before I had a chance to test it in the rain.
Also, thanks for the link. I want to switch to those grips--they look a lot more comfortable than the stock ones. Any tricky mods to make the grips work? I thought there was supposed to be a groove to attach the throttle cable.
Thanks

Nope. Easiest is to cut the old ones off.kungfooren wrote:Also, thanks for the link. I want to switch to those grips--they look a lot more comfortable than the stock ones. Any tricky mods to make the grips work? I thought there was supposed to be a groove to attach the throttle cable.
Cheap hairspray is the ticket for the install - I like AquaNet . A shot inside each grip helps them slide on easily. When the hairspray dries it helps to lock the grips in place.

They are Halcyon 830's. Expensive but all stainless and rock solid.SuperFlyBuddy wrote:What kind are they and where did you get the mirrors from?
