It's bigger on the inside
Along with the help of AWinn6889 and her boyfriend, I've started to turn my new-to-me Buddy into a tiny little TARDIS. Here's a few photos of the progress up to now, and more can be found on my Facebook album.
Stripped down and naked!
Most of the panels painted and curing.
Front
Side
Close up of the front with the black-out kit trim, and the awesome vinyl work by AWinn6889.
As I said, this is still a work in progress. I'm still waiting on a few more decal bits, and there are other little references I have yet to add to it... like a license plate frame with stripes resembling a particular scarf.
And of course, with it being a 170, the "bigger on the inside" joke will always apply.

Do you mind if I share the pics if I link back to this thread?

As ScooterFile seemed to be the only blog that hadn't yet found a way to post about the Who 50th, I posted it there: http://www.scooterfile.com/oems/genuine ... he-inside/

A lot more vinyl since I posted last. I ordered most of it, but did the license plate frame myself. And thus I now have a new appreciation for anyone else who cuts this stuff themselves.
Fezzes are cool.
I couldn't resist the Pentium parody.
Sonic screwdriver, Circular Gallifreyan, and another Adipose.
The stripes were extremely tedious, but I like how they turned out.
