Okay, my "B125" is still totally stock (except for sticker removal), but another forum I frequent dicates "it doesn't exist without pics," so here they are!

I like this one best:

I love that my helmet fits in here:

For posterity. All the stickers are now stuck under the seat

I'm thinking that replacing all the silver with yellow would look pretty sharp, though I'll wait to get some more miles on before doing anything too drastic:

Sweet........I guess I should adhere to the same mantra. I'll get some pics up soon, but I was waiting to do at least one visable mod.

BTW, what's the name of the site hosting your pics?

All my pictures are at http://www.smugmug.com/ It's not free, but worth the money, IMHO.

For Mac users, I highly recommend a .Mac account. For Windows users, SmugMug is about the best about there, though I get the feeling that Google is about to do something in that space.

I sent my seat to Crystal www.scooterseatcovers.com while my school was on break. She made it for me. I don't know if she has a seat of her own yet to make them for orders, but I know she had one on order.

Hey, I am a Mac user!

I didn't experiment much with the .Mac account, but smugmug has loads of cool (to me) features- like statistics- and is really easy to use. Anyway, it's the recent converts that are alwyas the biggest supporters! :P

I'm an odd mix. I write code for a living, and I've worked on every major platform in the last 15 years. The Mac suits my needs the best, so it's what *I* use, but I still write primarily Windows software. Go figure.

I like .Mac with iPhoto, it's easy and effective, and it ties together well with iWeb, which I use, despite having done serious web development a few times over the years, I find that for personal, I don't wanna spend hours tweaking HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so I cheat and use iWeb.

Yeah, I'll admit, I'm lazy, I'd rather be out scootering :-).

I can't really use iPhoto, since I do my shooting in RAW format, so I end up processing the pics in PS Elements. PSE will spit out a web page, but it's even easier just to upload them straight to smugmug!

Since I'm lazy also, sometimes I think I should give up on RAW, but the control-freak in me won't let me switch!

So here's what I've done so far:
Moved the mirrors out a little
Replaced the grips(thx for the idea, I love the new grips)
Removed then messed around with the Buddy decals...I'm pretty sure I'm now one of the only people in the US to have a brand new MyBuBu, granted it is a homemade BuBu :P
The BuBu decal was just for fun, it's coming off tomorrow. you know i like saying that..BuBu

I work with RAW a lot for print and 16-bit images. (I'm not a pro photographer, but I hire and work with a number of freelancers.) Over the past year or so, I've really fallen in love with it (as well as Adobe Bridge).
Is there a benefit to shooting raw for uploading and web use? Or are you keeping copies for printing?

Only that you can get the best possible results from your pictures! 8)

Seriously, if nothing else it gives you the ability to alter the exposure and white balance after you've taken the shot, which in itself is a real plus. And the image is not compressed or altered, so what you get is what you shot (good or bad!). I'm sure I don't take full advantage of RAW- or my camera (D70)- but I enjoy having all the options should I want to go crazy with an image.

Now I just need to get a bigger hard drive for all those RAW and psd files!

*IF* youdo print work, you need RAW, if you are a casual photog, RAW is to much work. I have Elements and Aperture both, but I tend to just run without RAW unless I'm shooing something with the intent of taking it to print.
