Mystery photograph? Who, what, where, when?

Post by rickko »

Fun, easy game but no prizes...

What can you deduce from the picture below?

Who is in it?

What's going on?

Where was it taken?

When was it taken?

How many Buddy's can you see?

Anything else you can find that's telling?

Anyone one else have a mystery photo? Start another thread with yours.

Be nice, ScooterTrash...

rickko, I moved this to the Gallery. And I think I see 4 Buddys (cream, seafoam, an Italia and something else in front of the Italia) outside of Motorsport Scooters in San Diego.

And they are obviously waiting in line for rear rack installation. Or chicken.

I revise my answer to FIVE Buddys. I think both of the bikes in front of the Italia are Buddys too. One is obviously black. Or black not.

I don't know all the answers! I hoped someone in the picture is also on Modern Buddy and would get most of them correct.

I did like the answer, "they are waiting get their rear racks" hahaa.

They're obviously taking their MSF ( or scooter safety ) class.

Unfortunately, not that many people wear helmets, jeans, jackets, gloves, etc - they MAKE you during the course.

And I count five buddies :)

It can't be an MSF course, check out the lady on the vino  !

SLIP-ON CROCKS?! I don't think that's the recommended attire.

Good point. And there's two pairs of low-top tennis shoes. Looks like the rider of the Italia doesn't have boots on either.

I'm still saying they are storming the castle for rear racks.

Yep.

Crocs = Little Kids & Gardening

Crocs != Acceptable adult attire.

I have seen people wearing these at MANY FORMAL EVENTS, INCLUDING WEDDINGS. Yeah, I guess they are easy for travel, but please pack a 2nd pair of shoes. They don't take up that much space.

Believe me, I don't care about fashion, and I don't pay attention to what the cool people are wearing, but GAWD! CROCS!!?!!???!??!!

Ferry terminal.

Getting ready to cross the Mississippi.

ATGATT is because ferry boat captains are proponents of safe scooting.

So many Buddys because the shores on the other side of the river are littered with aftermarket Genuine parts.

Did I win?

Yeah, I see that. But why are they all wearing such similar helmets?

Is it the cheap import version of MSF? :wtf:
