Spotted at the Swerve & Curve Rally: nuttmeg75 (red Buddy) and Glen G (seafoam).
The rest of my pics are here:

I totally suck at shooting while on the scooter with gloves on.
Glen may have a couple pics to add, including the elusive "forum admin captured in the wild."

Wow, you guys are really getting shafted on gas right now. Ours is down around $3.30 a gallon and has been for 2 weeks.
I guess it's good that our scoots only cost a few bucks to fill

That's a little high because of the location (nice residential near the coast).
It's still around $3.80 most places, though.

We have Shell stations here who are notorious for jacking their prices up $.10-30 more than the surrounding places. They must be in cahoots with your 76 stations.

Looks like I missed 2 orange Stellas on the Sunday ride! From other photos, it appears that one was being ridden with no plates. CA Stellas!

It's geographic, much like how the weather in LA is different depending on which side of a hill you're on. On my side of town, the nearby 76 has some of the lowest prices. Also, my mech said that whatever I was filling up with to keep using it because my carb and engine are so clean. So 76, FTW!

Love those tang Stellas. The color just pops!
Is 76 known for good quality there? Here, the best stuff is usually at QuikTrip.

I dunno. I fueled there because it was cheap and I somehow got it into my head my scoot was a little faster and more responsive with their gas. May have been my imagination.

Maybe your scoot is powered by more than just gas. Maybe it also runs on love and happiness? And by filling it up there, you then felt love and happiness and that made it run better?

gas

On Glen's behalf, some of his pics from the rally:
The 2 Buddies, next to a rare and kick ass Italjet Dragster. That thing was fast.
Glen
Me, the back of my hair going crazy. (Okay, I go back to the gym starting this week!

)
The coolest thing I saw all day

(BTW, that Vespa 150 was plenty fast with a sidecar on it. It was doing 55 or so next to me at one point. The dog had fun, too.)

And that is a compliment, right, Dude.
I agree, he does in fact resemble it, especially since he pointed out the hair part.
Nice pics.

Damn, it wasn't quite the look I was going for, but I guess it works.
I really need to find a hat for my giant head.
