Post by Sithlord »

Hallo @ all,

My name is Boris and I´am 31 years old.
I have three "big" bikes.

KTM EXC 200

and a KTM Duke II

For the driving in the city I want buy a scooter. After many time I found something about the PGO Blur/Apollo or G-Max . In Germany the name is G-Max. In Germany PGO is not so popular. It was clear that I wanted to buy this G-Max.
Now I have a yellow PGO G-Max 125.

I read a many about this scooter in this forum. I learned a lot.
Again apologized for my English, it can only get better.

Your English is MUCH better than my German... that is one nice Duke II, too bad we can't get 'em over in the states. Enjoy the G-Max :D

Boris,

KTM does not sell the Duke II in the United States. Nissanman was saying that is too bad. The Duke II is a very nice motorcycle. We wish KTM would sell it in the United States.

Welcome to Modern Buddy.

Our vehicle regulations are different. The ammount of money it would take to bring it into the USA wouldn't be worth it to KTM. The super motard style of motorcycle wouldn't sell enough as a street legal motorcycle here. As a race only bike it would...

That's a nice scoot - GMax looks good in yellow!

Because there are many more different kinds of scooters to buy in Europe than in the USA, why did you decide on the GMax 125?

All your other bikes are so much bigger/more powerful. Why did you choose 125cc instead of, for example, a 250cc or even a bigger scooter?

Cheers!

Hey there! Very nice collection of bikes and I really like that Blur/Gmax in yellow. So curious, is there a engine restriction that yours is a 150 vs 125, or is that a bit older and they used to be 125's?

BTW, we have gotten the KTM Duke in the US some years ago, but it was very limited. I've seen some, but it might have been only a year or two they were imported.

I love my blur. But desire for my next bike to be the same one. I believe you made the right choice.

I use the gmax only to go clean and quickly into the city.

Unfortunately, PGO is not really often found in Germany.
With 16 years you can get a driving-license for 125 ccm, thus 125 is very popular and better to sell.

Hi blurblaine,

nicely written in German, respect.

I have not many time to ride my bikes.

Now I have something new. Aprilia Harada RS 125 2-stroke just for fun and tuning (i like the smell) and a Honda 650 NTV Reverse in rare white.

Check out the condition and lack ..... simply perfect for the old. I must have the bike.

Aprilia RS 125 Harada with Tyga Racing-Pipe and more then 40 PS.
Nice to drive.

Hallo Boris,

Herzlichst,
Blaine
