So who has given a name to their scoot?

I was just reading another post and saw that rickyd410 has a Buddy named Libby. As in "Scooter Libby"?

After owning my Buddy for several weeks, I think I found the right name: Frank. As in Frank the Tank. From the movie Old School...

I'm not sure I've really named mine, but I'm fairly certain it has several choice names it calls me...

Mine is called Pinky Tuscadero, after Fonzie's girlfriend. I am, of course, Leather Tuscadero, her tuff-gal sister. Any questions?

jperkins;

I named my scoot Killer Bunny because of Monty Pythons “Holy Grail” the scene where the cute little bunny chomps heads off (the ferocious beast).
When I get a chance I will check out the game.

Leather was not played by Joan Jett, she was played by Suzy Quatro.

My guess would be either Rawlf of Fozzie.

My Pink Buddy 125 is named Lily P. James. It was a toss up between Lily or James so I ended up with Lily P. James! :D

Well since I have the Italia, mine is the Godfatherette.

Not quite the stature of Mario Puzo's Godfather, but certainly close enough,
albeit I did not see anyone in the Godfather trilogy riding a scooter nor
can I picture anyone in any scene riding a Buddy, e.g., to do a hit.

Lily and James are the names of Harry Potter's parents. I'm not sure what the "P." stands for though.

I didn't know Lily and James were Harry Potters parents. I've never seen a Harry Potter movie accept the random bits I've caught on TV.

My fiance and I were just randomly throwing names out. The P doesn't stand for anything we just thought Lily P. James flowed together well. It was that or Leroy! :D

That's interesting, Weaseltamer...I used to call my Bajaj Chetak the "U.A.V." for the same reason. Even stenciled it on the legshield. THEN, I also called my Buddy that back in the day when it was still black and silver...

Since it is now the "Red Baron", you are welcome to U.A.V.

...not that you really needed MY blessing...

When I went to Italy a couple of years ago, I learned some Italian before I left so when I got my Buddy Italia, I decided her name would be "Bella" which means beautiful in Italian. When I've had a great ride, then she is "Bellisima!" which means very beautiful!

Sounds sappy, I know but oh well...

I named mine Creature, pronounced Cre-cha, after the House elf of Serius Black's in the Harry Potter books. Just seemed to fit. The other idea was Animal from the Muppets, but that just didn't seem to work out.

I have finally settled on a name for my SI - Marvin, as in "Martian". I wanted something that worked with the color, and it ties into my work life. I provide support to the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter project.

But I really like "Spike"!

And oh... being new to this forum, please excuse me for being so rude for jumping in without introducing myself. My name is Shawn... of the female variety. I'm soon to be 1/2 a century. I used to ride a motorcycle 20yrs ago, and decided I missed it, so for my 50th bday, I got myself a pink buddy. My 50y.o. version of a pink pony ;)
The choice of pink in and of itself is a weird thing, because I've always been a tomboy... but I've decided to embrace my "pinkness" and be a girl ;)
So... hi all.
Say it loud.. I'm pink and I'm proud!
