Any do-it-yerselfers found a source for the exhaust gasket that meets the exhaust flange to the cylinder head?
Scooterworks apparently doesn't have them at this time, and I'm wondering what, if anything any of you have done for a replacement after removing and re-installing your exhaust for tire changes, etc.

This is a regular service item at most dealer/service centers. Try contacting your local dealer and if that doesn't work, check with the next closest.

The gasket material usually isnt heat resistant enough.cadillaczac wrote:You can find gasket making material (if you feel like being a real do-it-yourselfer) from any auto parts store, however I never had much luck with the stuff when I tried to use it on my Caddy. Seemed like the exhaust header never stopped leaking.
That being said *ANY* GY6 exhaust flange gasket will fit.
