Do they make different wheels(rims) for the Buddy?

Haven't seen any, though there may be some out there for the Ligero or BuBu.
You could always have them painted or powder coated.

Jettin.com does chrome or black chrome for Vespa's. Contact them and see if they would do the same for Buddy's.

I found some chrome rims in scooterworks.com that look kewl, not sure if they fit the buddy and they are out of stock at the moment. If they fit I might get some

Yeah, those won't work. They're split-rim wheels for use on Vespas/Stellas with tires requiring innertubes.

I've been on the lookout for Buddy wheels that are a little nicer, but haven't located anything yet.
