Just got a new job and it is scooter related!

Post by brianwheelies »

I was just hired by the SYM dealer in Seattle to sell, rent, and sell parts for these wonderful scoots.

Really looking forward to buying an HD200 EVO after all of the good press read in their proclaim.

I am also just a block or so from the Genuine dealer. They are not hiring though.

Very excited to be working back in the motorcycle industry after taking a 12 year break. Especially with scooters since they are a new found love.

If anyone is in the Seattle area, feel free to come check out Scoot About!

I start tomorrow. Owww Yyyeaah!

Congrats!

Since you work for a dealer now, you get a title change in your profile! :)

Congratulations, brianwheelies. I can only hope that the quality of the distributor lives up to the quality of the brand.

(And if looking bad-@$$ is your thing, the HD200 EVO in satin black is just the ticket!)

Dude!!!! That is awesome. I must say my next scooter purchase will have the Sym HD200evo as a possibility. Bigger wheels and the peppy engine are nice.(even though its just 171ccs) Congrats again on the job.

Congrats! I may run into you sometime (figuratively, not literally).

I heard Ducati Seattle will drop Genuine but I don't know when.

I stopped by Ducati to check out their shop and they said they were keeping Genuine. Of course a stranger off of the street is probably not deserving of privileged information such as that.

That's from 2008, long before we got ours. We rented from "Scoot About!". No MSF or riding experience, just tore up the city. That's gasworks park, in front of Lake Union

Sweet! I rented from Scoot About a bunch of times a few summers ago... which led me to me buying a Buddy 50, which has led to me buying a Vespa S150, which will hopefully lead me to buying a Vespa GTS this summer! :D

I also had my Buddy in to Scoot About for the 600 mile service last year, and those guys were great.

Enjoy your awesome job! I'll be sure to look for you if I stop by.
