Hi
I just installed a new Prima stainless pipe as the stock one had rotted out internally (noticed when removing for new Heidehau install - the exhaust sounded like there was a bag of bolts rattling inside it).
Anyway, I haven't messed around with jets yet, it is the only upgrade I have, the first foot of the pipe is 'browning' from the heat, should I rejet to get the most from it? any links on the scooterworks page of what I need? Also on the exhaust page at Scooterworks:

there is a graph showing a performance curve with a 'High speed alternator' is this the same thing as the CDI, not sure what I should be buying , or any additional components worth buying with the order to get it all running optimally?

As far as jetting and the pipe: yes, at sea level you should probably up-jet. You want the pipe to be turning golden. Browning may be on the way to bluing.
You can pull your spark plug and check. You may be running lean which is not good for in the long run.

They recommend a new jet (I don't yet know the number. Stock = ?) and rollers as part of a warranty-compliant 'package'. The Scooterworks Stage 1 upgrade comes with 90, 95, and 100 jets.
I'm kind of an OFG (old fat guy) at 235 or so, so hopefully they'll take my mass into account when doing roller selection. I did see that the Stage-1 kit also includes a spring of some sort, but my dealer's guy didn't mention that. I don't know if the spring is appropriate on my 150.

You'll get the most benefit of the exhaust with all that comes in the Stage 1 kit. IIRC, the spring is a stiffer clutch spring than stock.
You'll get even more benefit from doing a big bore kit on top of that, of course…
