where can you buy LED Lights for a Stella? looking to put some on front rack.

I am not aware of any LED headlight kit.

However if you mean just simple LED lights to accent your ride and make you more visible I use a set of these http://www.scooterworks.com/StreetFX-Fl ... 2C391.aspx on my rear and they work quite well.

Make sure to research the laws for lighting around where you live in order to avoid getting a ticket!

My reply in the previous Stella thread may "shine some light" on the application of LED's for headlamps. It's not a straightforward "plug in" affair, and you really don't gain from LED's.
