Have a 10' buddy wit 12,200 miles on it. This week it started to give me troubles when I start it up. It kicks over, gets gas, but then stalls out..Dies at stop signs and traffic lights until i ride for a good 15 minutes or so. It Used to have a high idle and I didn't adjust it and that's gone now.
I'm not at all mechanically inclined and my scooter guy is on vakay till nxt weekend.
Wondering suggestions on what may be the problem and Is it okay to keep riding it, I usually do 100miles a day..
Thanks all,
Slow
Starter or fuel pump problem?

All of the above.
Does the problem go away entirely after riding for 15 minutes? If so, I'm going to go with choke or idle.
In general, stalling like this could be a fuel problem, an air flow problem or an electrical problem. Since you ride 100 miles/day, it's probably not the carb, however if it's not been serviced a clogged jet or stuck valve is possible. Knowing the service record might help give some indication of more probable issues.
