I stopped over in Taipei and low and behold what was in the terminal..... A Sym Symba!
This sorta took me by surprise. Was not expecting to find a scoot in the terminal. But hey, Taiwan is the worlds scooting capital so was I totally surprised, no, just a little.
Now in China there are thousands of these beauties. It is like a cross between a moped/symba. People drive around on them with all sorts of craziness. Anyone on one of these does not obey traffic laws(not like most people in china obey traffic laws) they just putter through everything, red lights, intersections, interstate, side walks, wrong way down a street, it doesn't matter. And of course, no one really wears a helmet.
I unfortunately did not get to take a picture of the actual scooters that people drive. It is the same scooter everywhere with the same cowl protectors and smoking badly. They also have motorcycles that suspiciously says honda on the side, but it is not a honda. Next trip I will take more pictures. Just thought I would share what I had.
