Well, it would seem that in addition to their sketchy meteorological abilities, weather.com is beginning to have problems with basic geography. They just relayed an NWS COASTAL flood advisory for Monmouth County, NJ. Nothing unusual here, except that they apparently felt it should be expanded to include WESTERN Monmouth County:
Any of you guys in Kansas seen a tsunami heading East?

Aye, I have sent them feedback about the last 3 revs to their iPhone app having bad data; they list my hometown as the next town over. I've given up and moved to http://www.wunderground.com and their app.
Yes, I believe that weather.com anticipated that by issuing severe flooding alerts for parts of the Sinai desert.
These guys couldn't predict a fart after bean burrito.
Since weather.com/wunderground/weather channel are now all owned by the same NBC/corpzilla consortium, I just go to the NOAA site and cut all the middle-man hype.
Right now I'm hating all weather sites and weather men. Yesterday they all showed 0% chance of rain today. This morning at 5am...0% chance of rain...weather men saying it will be great. After being in work all day, now it looks like I will be going home in a monsoon.
I'm going to get a monkey and have him throw darts at pictures of weather...I'll get a better prediction.
