2007 Buddy 125 Will Not Start - HELP

2007 Buddy 125 Will Not Start - HELP
Put in a new charged battery and nothing. No lights, no horn, no anything. What should I look for? Thanks or direct me to an answer.

Got it started with a small jump starter.

Check the fuse in the battery compartment. Turn on the key and try to kick start it. Will it start with the kickstarter?
