Good - cuz at this point it looks like I'll be getting an Italia in a month, and I don't really like the creme secondary color. :)

Are you going to be painting yourself, or do you have a place who can paint it for you?

I'd like to have my cream paint redone to be more tan like the seat, but its not really a big deal to me. I can accept it as it b/c I don't have the cash to have it painted. :)

You'll know better than I will since you own one, but - do those body panels come off independently? I assume so.

If that's the case, I might go the rattlecan route - I've seen some impressive motorcycle rattlecan paintjobs with little more than some sanding, careful spraying and some clearcoat. Cheap, too!

they come off fairly easily, might have to remove a few extra pieces to get to the ones you need. I heard somewhere that to get the front wheel cover off you have to remove the front wheel first, but I'm not positive...

It looks photoshoped to me. I believe that most of the custom paint jobs on with a rattle can that have been posted on MB have been done with Krylon Fusion.

Cool. -So show me what you would do with a creme colored Buddy?
(I wuz thinking either a maroon, or light blue and creme color scheme would be sharp!)

+1 It'd be like a retro military scoot look, except there never was such a thing which would be kinda cool, too.

Isnt italy a democracy? When I first saw this, I was thinking of the soviet union. Although I do like the color scheme of the bike, still yet to see someone deck out a italian red white and green bike.
