Warranty Experience with Genuine Scooter

Has anybody had an experience/issue with Genuine's Warranty. I know it is 2 years, but there is alway fine print.

Our dealer was going to order a new motor under warranty after it died, but they said it would be a long time, we ended up just getting a new bike.

From what we've heard so far on the site, I can't recall of any instance in which someone thought they were entitled to a repair under warranty but didn't get it. The only issues with warranty repairs that I remember are when a problem took more than one trip for a dealer to diagnose and when the needed parts took a while to obtain.

Well, genuine says an accident doesnt count under warranty. If you damage, or someone else damages your bike, in accident or not, they wont cover it.

I am not aware of any warranty from any company that covers accidents.... if you crash your new chevy, the GM warranty isnt going to cover that - thats what insurance is for.
A Dell warranty wont cover damage to your PC (but their complete care service will, if you buy it)
