Buddy for 2?
My wife has a 2008 St. Tropez on order with rear rack and top case. She's 5'6" and 130lb. She plans to take our daughter to school on the back of the scoot this fall, and she's a 5'5", 105lb eighth grader.
Will they fit ok? (The trip's about five miles).
Thanks.

You might also want to add the passenger foot pegs to your Buddy because it will give your daughter a more comfortable place to rest her feet. They are available online at Motorsport Scooters:

They are quick to install/uninstall. On the rare occasions when my wife and I ride 2 up, I install the foot pegs. Here is a picture so you can see what the foot pegs look like.

I was told by two (or three?) Scooterworks staff (including Ken, the manager) that the passenger foot pegs are not so great. They tend to knock into the back of your legs when you rock off your center stand--that is unless you're taller. I'm 5'4" and want to think about that.
But, to get the cowl protector, you have to get the foot pegs. Bummer.

The foot pegs can be a nuisance because my legs and feet are always knocking into the foot pegs. Fortunately because there are only 2 bolts that secure the foot pegs to the Buddy, they are easy to install and uninstall. I only install the foot pegs when I know that I will be carrying a passenger. Two weeks ago my wife and I went on an RV trip to Kentucky and we decided that we only needed to take one Buddy with us. For this trip I installed the foot pegs to her orange Buddy and this worked out great for getting both of us around town in Louisville and Paducah. But as soon as this trip was over and we no longer needed to carry a passenger, the foot pegs came off.sargelee71 wrote:I was told by two (or three?) You can get footpegs without the protectors. They're Vespa ET4 pegs which just happen to fit the Buddy.madtolive wrote:i don't think this is true. christy got her cowl protectors sans footpegs, i believe...But, to get the cowl protector, you have to get the foot pegs. Bummer.

Do these fit the 150s? My dealer is closed but do you guys think they would carry just the foot pegs?hcstrider wrote:You might also want to add the passenger foot pegs to your Buddy because it will give your daughter a more comfortable place to rest her feet. They'll def. fit the 150s. I don't think many dealers have these in stock. It's basically an old Vespa ET4 accessory that someone smarty discovered fits the Buddy. You can try your dealer on Monday, but I know the usual suspects (Scooterworks, Motorsport) have them online.addictionriot wrote:Do these fit the 150s?
