I just bought a Buddy International Italia on Friday. I took the written test on Sat and the driving test this morning. Thankfully I passed so now I can ride it. I rode it a little in a parking lot to get familiar with it for the test other than that it just sat over the weekend. Talk about killing me!
I choose a scooter because of fuel consumption and I think they are neat. I also like RVing and will use it while camping.
I've read a lot of the forum before buying and choose the Buddy because I didn't here much bad about it and I liked the looks.
Just wanted to say hi. I'm not much of a poster because I'm pretty new to scooters, but enjoy reading the forums daily.
I do have a question....
When someone asks what brand it is what do I say? Genuine, Buddy, Italia?
New scooter owner saying hi.....

Welcome!
"Genuine" is probably the best response. If they go online, they'll want to search for "genuine scooters" to find them. If they want details, I usually tell them it's a Taiwanese scooter made by PGO, imported by a well-known and established US company, etc.
